  • Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime.
  • Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput.
  • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines.
  • Track and report KPIs related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
