Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities that power critical infrastructure worldwide. You will drive productivity, quality, and safety while building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.

You will plan production schedules, monitor performance, resolve equipment issues, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics to meet deadlines and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
