• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and cost.
• Establish methods and practices for inventory forecasting, purchasing and material control.
• Manage production scheduling by tracking inventories and progress against plans.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and identify discrepancies with finance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet growth and sourcing needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and reporting.
