The role collaborates with Plant Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and the broader organization to ensure capacity readiness. Strong analytical and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning or capacity planning.
• Experience developing capacity models and capacity studies.
• Experience with ERP planning parameters and production master data.
• APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

• Develop and maintain North American production allocation strategy.
• Translate demand and capacity into allocations.
• Evaluate allocation scenarios and resolve capacity imbalances.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews in the SIOP process.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
