Job summary

Tigre USA Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to manage all production and assembly planning for Tigre USA (Janesville) through S&OP and S&OE processes.

The role focuses on short-term production planning, KPI updates, and ensuring on-time delivery to internal customers. Responsibilities include coordinating with production in Janesville and Tennessee, optimizing resources, monitoring stock levels, and planning subcontracted items with partners.

Qualifications

• Desirable postgraduate degree in areas within the scope of the position.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Desirable intermediate Spanish skills.
• Knowledge of SAP (PP and SD modules), Preactor, and Oracle will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production planning for Tigre USA (Janesville) and Tennessee.
• S&OE processes, optimizing factory resources and critically analyzing capacity.
• Plan production short term.
• Updating the unit's main KPIs.
• Meeting internal customer expectations regarding delivery deadlines for produced items.
• Controlling and monitoring negative stock levels and items below the stock policy.
• Planning subcontracted industrialization items with partners.
