Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–8 years in production planning or a similar area.
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and supply chain concepts.
Experience evaluating BOMs, routings, lead times, and capacity constraints.
Proficiency with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of production plans aligned with schedules and commitments.
Evaluate demand, capacity, inventory, and priorities to optimize schedules.
Identify constraints and risks, proposing solutions to improve stability and efficiency.
Maintain planning data within ERP systems and reporting platforms.
Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities with objectives.
Communicate schedule changes and risks to stakeholders; drive improvements.
