Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in production planning or process engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; GSS experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on project requirements.
• Create and maintain Work Orders, sequences, labor requirements, and production activities in ERP/GSS.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule, material, and production risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Project Management.
• Support projects from engineering release through manufacturing and final delivery.
• Plan and coordinate service, repair, modification, and field-support jobs.
• Ensure inventory movements and service/OTS transactions are maintained in ERP/GSS.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, Work Orders, and manufacturing data.
• Support ERP/MRP process improvements and SOPs/training materials.
• Prepare monthly inventory consolidation and reports.
