Job summary

Curium Pharma is seeking a Senior Production Planner in Noblesville, IN to coordinate product flow, build schedules, and optimize capacity while maintaining cGMP compliance. You will bridge Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Facilities to ensure material readiness and service levels. Monday–Friday, standard day shift.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years in planning or manufacturing, with strong Excel/MRP system skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; work experience may substitute.
• Five+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing.
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with Supply Chain and production to align materials, capacity, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Infor XA or similar).
• Knowledge of cGMP and ISO practices; Lean and Six Sigma concepts desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules based on demand, inventory, capacity and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory control, forecasting, reconciliation, and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Facilities, and Customer Service to ensure material readiness and operational alignment.
• Lead daily/weekly planning meetings and communicate priorities and performance updates.
