Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. seeks a Sr. Production Planner-Analyst to manage the production plan in coordination with the master schedule, MRP actions, and forecasts to maximize customer satisfaction while controlling inventory.

You'll direct floor order creation, movement, and records, and coordinate with all departments to ensure outputs meet commitments. You will interpret MRP data, support overtime decisions, and mentor junior planners to sustain a cooperative team environment and reliable delivery

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ experience in production/inventory control with an MRP system.
• BA/BS degree in business or technology or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and interpret MRP workbench and create discrete jobs and requisitions.
• Generate and direct MRP reports and action notices to meet requirements.
• Analyze non-standard production occurrences, ECOs, and expedite actions.
• Maintain and revise OS database to improve planning accuracy.
• Monitor work-in-process against sizing and constraints for efficiency.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide status updates.
• Mentor planners and foster team collaboration across departments.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align schedules with commitments.
