Job summary

L3Harris Aerojet Rocketdyne seeks a Sr. Associate Production Planner (Liaison) at Canoga Park, CA. You will organize and coordinate production activities across planning, scheduling, material/tool planning and control to ensure on-time starts and continuous hardware flow.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, communicating status, coordinating handoffs, and supporting constraint management to optimize shop order performance and timely shipping.

Qualifications

• Requires practical knowledge of job area and a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years experience; in lieu of a degree, minimum 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and constraints to keep hardware flowing and meet schedules.
• Communicate status of work orders and escalate issues at Daily Operations Meetings.
• Coordinate handoffs between buildings, depts., labs, and ensure timely availability of tooling/fixtures/work instructions.
• Support proactive constraint management for shop orders on hold and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with Production Planning & Logistics for final shipping requirements.
