Job summary

Vista Reno is seeking a Senior Production Operator for our Reno, NV facility. You will support the production of customer orders by running and troubleshooting various equipment, performing setup, quality checks, and light maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical/printing experience or related coursework. Expect a Monday–Thursday schedule with progressive pay from $26.08 to $28.08 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical, manufacturing, printing or quality courses/experience preferred.
• Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through operations.
• Strong dedication to morale, customer service, safety and quality.
• Ability to multitask in a lean or production manufacturing environment.
• Previous printing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and troubleshoot Digital printing/coating, Bindery or Die Cutting equipment.
• Load and operate equipment as per SOP standards.
• Ensure products are printed, processed, and cut as SOP dictates.
• Perform regular quality checks and reduce defects.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform light maintenance.
• Assist teammates as needed based on workload.
• Attain production/process performance targets.
