Job summary

Vista Reno in Reno, NV is seeking a Senior Production Operator to join our world-class manufacturing plant. This role focuses on running and troubleshooting equipment, supporting customer orders, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced team environment.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. The position offers an hourly rate of $26.08 for the first 90 days and $28.08 thereafter, with exposure to Digital printing, coating, bindery, and die-cutting equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical, manufacturing, printing or quality training or experience.
• Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, and rotate through operations.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate various equipment in the designated department.
• Set up, run, and troubleshoot Digital printing, coating, bindery, or die-cutting equipment.
• Ensure products are printed, processed, and cut per SOP standards.
• Perform regular quality checks and reduce defects.
• Assist other team members as workload requires.
• Attend to preventative maintenance of equipment.
