Panduit is seeking a Production Operator Sr to join our team in Lockport, IL. You will operate and troubleshoot basic production equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure safety and efficiency in a 11pm-7am shift.

The role emphasizes precision packaging, label accuracy, and waste reduction through 5S activities while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and growth within a leading global manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills and be able to use a calculator and measuring tools.
• Able to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and carton products with ensured accuracy.
• Start-up, operate, and troubleshoot basic assembly equipment.
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit quality systems.
• Maintain safety by following guidelines and promoting a safe workplace.
• Participate in 5S activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
