Job summary

Panduit is hiring a Production Operator Sr. for the night shift to handle packaging, labeling, and cartonning of products. You will operate a range of basic technology production machines, troubleshoot simple issues, and ensure quality through Panduit’s systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in manufacturing, and the ability to learn quickly. Expect a night shift from 11pm to 7am with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to use calculator and measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and carton products with accurate counts and seals.
• Start-up, operate, and shut down basic technology assembly/production machines.
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit quality systems.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
