Job summary

Avient is seeking a Senior Production Operator to run extrusion equipment and perform weigh-up or packaging duties in the production department. Ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies.

Qualifications

• Senior level manufacturing position focusing on extrusion operations.
• Experience operating extrusion equipment and performing weigh-ups or packaging duties.
• Willingness to work overtime and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion equipment to produce and package products.
• Perform weigh-ups and packaging duties per production orders.
• Ensure product quality and meet customer specs and delivery requirements.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 (Shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift!)

Hours

1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Monday through Friday)

2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM (Monday through Friday)

3rd shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM (Sunday night through Thursday night)

What is the job

This is a Senior level manufacturing position as a Senior Produciton Operator with Avient you will be responsible for running extrusion equipment and performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department. Ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.
