Responsibilities

• Operate tool/equipment/processes per instructions or from experience; assist in creating instructions when unavailable.
• Adhere to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications; monitor own work and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain timekeeping, labor tracking, inventory, process documentation, scrap and quality records.
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency; generate new solutions to complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date on certifications and training; complete assignments on time and train others when assigned.
