Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking an experienced Production Worker III for an onsite, three-month engagement on our Bellevue, WA site. You will operate production equipment safely, perform changeovers, and conduct quality checks to ensure consistent output.

The role requires attention to documentation, safety procedures, and teamwork on a fast-paced line. The position offers a stable, hands-on role within an established operation, with a defined contract duration and opportunities to demonstrate

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Capable of standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely on the assigned line, including setup, startup, and shutdown.
• Perform product changeovers and line maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct in-process quality checks (weight, fill, seal, visual) and document results.
• Maintain clean, organized work area adhering to sanitation and safety standards (PPE, lockout/tagout).
• Assist in training newer operators and coordinate with material handling during shift handovers.
