Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Site Operations Technician for our Bellevue, ID location. This hands-on role supports daily site operations by safely operating equipment, monitoring systems, and performing quality checks to ensure product integrity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in industrial or manufacturing settings, experience with mobile equipment like forklifts, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment and operating systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Monitor and operate computer-controlled systems and equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other site equipment.
• Assist with daily site and production activities to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleanup as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
