Responsibilities

• Health & Safety Compliance: Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring leaders understand and enforce safety rules.
• Leadership & People Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with coaching and performance management responsibilities.
• Strategy Implementation: Cascade strategies to develop mid-term tactical and operational plans aligned with OKRs and KPIs.
• Production Planning & Operations: Lead mid-term production planning, optimize schedules, capacity planning and processing methods to meet targets.
• Lean Performance Systems: Recommend and implement goals for performance improvement and process enhancements.
