Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on the 5AM–5PM shift.
• Monitor daily production goals, scrap, and downtime; drive improvements.
• Provide training, onboarding, and cross-training; communicate priorities clearly.
• Ensure equipment inspections and AM tasks; support maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain 5S standards and orderly, safe work areas.
• Maintain material flow and prevent shortages or mix-ups.
• Complete production and quality documentation; ensure timely work orders.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective shift handoffs.
• Lead with professionalism, fairness, and calm problem-solving.
• Foster positive, respectful work environment on the floor.
