Job summary

Sensient Technologies seeks a Senior Planner to drive production, material, and inventory planning for Amboy, IL onsite operations. You will partner with operations, quality and safety teams to meet production goals, while developing schedules and optimizing resources across the plant.

Key responsibilities include data-driven planning in ERP/Excel, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and/or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, material, and inventory planning to support demand and plant goals.
• Develop and optimize production schedules balancing inventory and priorities.
• Analyze data in ERP/Excel to drive planning decisions.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, EHS and Quality to deliver on-time, in-full product.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Investigate and resolve material, accounting and receiving issues.
