Job summary

Luxury Bath of Seattle is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations for remodeling projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage installation crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth project experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

Experience in production management or project management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the scheduling of bath remodeling projects.
Oversee installation crews and monitor project progress.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Manage ordering and delivery of materials.
Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and updates.
Conduct quality control inspections and resolve issues as needed.
Maintain production schedules and project documentation.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
