You will supervise production supervisors and hourly teams, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong Lean manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results through data-driven decision making and robust production reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Three or more years managing supervisors and production teams.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience managing production KPIs and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations across multiple departments and supervise supervisors.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are met.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Shipping, Planning, and Quality to optimize performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the facility.
• Develop high-performing teams and coach frontline leaders.
