Job summary

Hayden Industrial is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations for our compact fin heat exchanger lines. The role focuses on efficient production, high-quality standards and meeting project timelines, requiring strong leadership and deep knowledge of heat exchanger manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4 Year Degree required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in production management, HVAC or heat exchanger industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Manage production schedule to meet customer demands and deadlines while optimizing resources.
• Own cost control by monitoring labor, material usage and overheads; drive margin improvement and waste reduction.
• Lead, train and motivate production staff, fostering safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers as needed for technical updates and issue resolution.
