Job summary

A & B Outdoor Furniture and Accessories in West Fork, AR is seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team and advance our scalable operation. This hands-on leader will report to the President and own people, processes, and execution on the floor.

We seek a player-coach who champions safety, quality, and productivity, turning craftsmanship into repeatable, measurable outcomes using data, CAD/CNC tooling, and ERP systems to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing and supervision.
Proven ability to develop people and drive results.
Strong understanding of production workflow, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations including safety, quality, and schedule attainment.
Translate weekly production into daily plans, labor assignments, and goals.
Coach and develop Manufacturing Leads and production staff.
Build a culture focused on communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
Develop capabilities through training and clear performance expectations.
Monitor production vs plan, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
