Job summary

Ealytex Global Inc. in New York seeks an Apparel Production Manager to lead end-to-end production from development to delivery, ensuring on-time quality and margin targets.

You will collaborate with product development, costing, and vendors, manage WIP, and maintain accurate production records. A bachelor's degree in apparel and 5–10 years' garment production experience are preferred; strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of work experience in apparel production or garment industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, knit/woven fabric contents and construction.
• Experience in managing product development/costing/vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full apparel production process from product development to production and ensure delivery on track.
• Monitor WIP, identify risks, communicate with overseas office and customers to resolve potential issues.
• Follow up factory compliance status with factories and customers.
• Maintain accurate production records, order information, and production tracking reports.
