Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair production equipment at our Windsor, Colorado facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, support cGMP-compliant operations, and collaborate with engineering to improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include mentoring Maintenance Tech I staff, training maintenance and production personnel, and ensuring accurate training records while adhering to FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• Three years in a production maintenance position.
• Electrical training completed.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Clean room experience preferred.
• Refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support and maintain equipment and processes with team assistance.
• Train Maintenance Tech I staff in equipment operation and repairs.
• Assist with training maintenance and production personnel on use and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain training records in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Establish records to demonstrate conformity with FDA, cGMP and SOP standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve problems found.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and maintenance of spare parts inventory.
• Assist with installation of machines and equipment.
