Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in engineering/plant maintenance.
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Supervisory experience with direct reports or Toyota leadership roles.
- PLC troubleshooting with Ladder Logic for mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience creating and reviewing engineering drawings and technical docs.
- Experience presenting to leadership at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Maintenance Group Leaders in daily plant maintenance activities.
- Coordinate major machine repairs and retrofits with production engineering.
- Report KPI progress to senior management and drive improvement plans.
- Train and elevate team skills; utilize available resources.
- Coordinate weekend work plans to meet production needs.
- Support achieving hoshin targets and daily KPI achievement.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and engineering teams.
