Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Manager in Peachtree City, GA to lead end-to-end production performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. This senior operations role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on daily execution while building long-term capability through people development, standardization, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 in leadership, a Lean mindset, and strong data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving KPIs such as OEE, OTIF, scrap, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead production operations to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Plan daily/weekly production to meet demand and labor availability.
• Ensure quality adherence across shifts and timely delivery.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline leaders.
