Job summary

Ember Grey is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead the safe, reliable operation of the Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate units at its Arkansas facility. This leadership role will supervise shift supervisors and operations personnel while driving operational excellence and process safety.

You will partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Projects, and Plant Leadership to improve safety culture, reliability, and process optimization, while supporting capital projects

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising operations personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop shift supervisors, operators, and process engineering personnel.
• Provide operational leadership for Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate units.
• Ensure production targets, product quality, safety, environmental, and reliability standards.
