Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred with 7+ years in fashion/apparel production management.
• Experience owning ERP/PLM as system of record.
• Proven track record implementing or migrating quality control programs.
• Experience holding overseas factories accountable to delivery dates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management; willingness to travel.
• Strong garment construction knowledge and production discipline.

Responsabilités

• Own seasonal production WIPs, updated weekly by in-warehouse arrival week with ex-factory dates.
• Ensure on-time in-warehouse delivery against launch calendar; target 95% of styles ten days before launch.
• Own the ERP as production system of record; enter styles, POs, dates, fabric allocation, and inventory.
• Manage production and inventory modules from go-live, monthly reconciliation of system vs warehouse stock.
• Own fabric inventory and allocation including greige on order, color allocation, seasonal and reorder POs.
• Lead the quality control program for domestic and overseas production, establishing inspection standards and repair processes.
• Hold factories accountable for ex-factory dates; document misses and pursue recovery or compensation.
• Plan capacity across factories and mills; create second-source coverage for single-sourced categories.
• Develop and manage season fitting schedule based on priority.
• Ensure PPS and TOP comments are sent on time in collaboration with Product Development and Tech Design.
• Communicate with factories and Head of Production to maintain delivery dates; propose alternatives when delays occur.
• Specify required size breaks for partial shipments; confirm store/e-commerce allocation feasibility.
• Provide a consolidated weekly status by style and escalate risk to leadership as needed.
• Approve bulk fabrics and trims, maintaining a standard communication format for approvals.
• Own label and tag compliance: care labels, fiber content, country of origin, and market requirements.
• Distribute weekly care label/product details to Chief Creative Officer from design input.
• Manage and develop the Production Coordinator; plan weekly workload and review output.
• Perform ad hoc duties related to production.
