Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a capable manufacturing leader for the 4th shift (Thursday-Sunday, 4pm-4am) to oversee high-volume production lines in Fort Mill, SC. The role combines supervision, safety leadership, and continuous improvement to meet on-time fulfillment and quality targets.

You will drive staffing, cross-train operators, and partner with shift managers to resolve issues, while ensuring procedures are followed and records are kept accurately. Pay is $24/hr with a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 2 Year Associates Degree preferred
• Previous Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Operator experience in manufacturing or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Detail oriented with good record keeping

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces all safety rules and trains others
• Reports injuries or prohibited activities to the manager promptly
• Conducts quality meetings and communicates metrics to shifts
• Plans production and ensures on-time fulfillment of products
• Cross-trains and maintains documentation and shift handoffs
• Supports shift managers and leads, and fills in as needed
