Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Production Senior Lead for the 3rd shift (11pm to 7:30am, Sun. - Thur.) at the Byron Center plant. The role requires directing molding personnel to meet schedules and quality standards, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Data collection in PeopleSoft (ERP) and basic math skills are essential. Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to use simple math and measuring tools.
• Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Prior supervisory/lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct molding personnel to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead employees within a small group and report issues to supervisor.
• Perform data collection in PeopleSoft (ERP).
• Maximize yield and reduce scrap.
• Verify order information and produce parts within specifications.
