Responsibilities

• Directs multiple production phases and ensures budget and schedules are met.
• Advise foremen on supervision of lead workers and/or employees.
• Review specs and drawings to guide build strategies and schedules.
• Ensure resources and stations support efficient production and KPIs.
• Coordinate work assignments with foremen for optimal deployment.
• Review performance and provide training to enhance skills.
• Monitor budgets and schedule performance for cost input.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to procedures and specs.
• Coordinate with superintendent and QA to ensure compliance.
