Medline Industries, LP is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee planning, organizing and productivity projects from concept through production cycles. You will drive improvements, modify designs, and develop test procedures to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing complex assignments, budgeting, mentoring staff, and applying methods like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC. Some roles may involve international responsibilities and cross-site collaboration.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of engineering experience with technical writing, research papers or experimental design.
Knowledge of engineering science and technology; production & quality control; ERP systems knowledge.

Mansioni

Lead and manage complex projects to develop new/ enhanced operating procedures.
Drive process improvements to boost productivity.
Collaborate with management to assess feasibility, cost, and demand.
Manage budgets, estimates and milestones per project plan.
Forecast operating costs and prepare budget requests.
Provide training on engineering concepts and tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC, time studies).
Ensure integration of systems and processes including workflow design.
May have international responsibilities as business need requires.
