Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to oversee planning and productivity projects from concept through production cycles at our Hartland, Wisconsin facility.

You will lead process improvements, manage budgets, train staff, and partner with leadership to drive cost efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of engineering experience, with ERP system knowledge and strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with process improvement and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage planning and productivity projects from concept through production.
• Investigate practices, develop and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Manage budgets, estimates, milestones, and cost analysis for projects.
• Provide training on engineering concepts and tools as appropriate.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across locations.
