Job summary

Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Production Engineer for our chemical manufacturing client in the Beaumont / Port Arthur area. This is an in-office position with up to 10% travel and relocation assistance available.

You will oversee distillation projects and hydrogenation reactors, applying chemical engineering expertise to optimize plant operations and collaborating with operations, QA, and management to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with 5+ years in chemical manufacturing.
Strong distillation and batch processing experience.
Process and project design experience.

Responsibilities

Lead distillation projects and/or hydrogenation reactors.
Coordinate with plant management to provide data and support for product campaigns.
Collaborate with QA to ensure product specifications are met and optimize operations.
