Ardurra seeks a Production Designer – Water/Wastewater to lead and advance CAD production across water and wastewater infrastructure projects in California. The role can be based in multiple CA offices, with remote consideration while residency in California is required.

You will lead the CAD team, implement Ardurra design standards, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and schedules. Proficiency in Civil 3D and Revit is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
• Proven mastery of Production Designer duties with 8+ years of design experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in water/wastewater or civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with CAD and design applications including Civil 3D, Revit, and related software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the CAD team in producing high-quality drawings and models for water and wastewater projects.
• Implement and maintain CAD design best practices and Ardurra standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to align designs with requirements.
• Mentor and train production design staff to foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project teams to support quality control and consistency.
