Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional production design experience in beauty, fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, or agency settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries, and design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with print and digital production experience.
• 3+ years building and maintaining template-based creative and scalable workflows.
• 3+ years supporting large-scale brand initiatives, catalog production, retail campaigns, or seasonal marketing with complex asset ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Monday.com, Ziflow, and Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Finalize assets and ensure production-ready files aligned with brand standards.
• Prepare and finalize assets, mechanicals, and resizes for multiple platforms.
• Perform thorough QA of files for accuracy, naming conventions, and release readiness.
• Check color, resolution, typography, and layout for production readiness.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, writers and marketing teams under tight deadlines.
• Organize, archive, and maintain creative files for future use.
• Identify opportunities to refine templates and streamline workflows.
