Job summary

High Life LLC is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to ensure bulk production meets quality standards and delivery timelines. The role involves planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities with a focus on coordinating overseas factories and internal teams.

The candidate will maintain WIP reports, approve care instructions, and manage pre-costing charts seasonally while negotiating deliveries with factories and collaborating with Sales to ensure mass production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 6 years garment production experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with overseas factories to address and resolve production issues.
• Create and update WIP reports daily.
• Provide/approve care instruction and carton stickers submission from factories.
• Review submission comments from Design team and send to vendors for execution.
• Create and maintain pre-costing charts each season before handing off to Director of Sourcing.
• Negotiate garment delivery with overseas factories and review with Sales team.
• Follow up all required testing (ITS, BV) on fabric & garments.
• Maintain PO delivery dates and shipping status through SAP.
• Work with Design, Sales, and factories to ensure timely delivery & quality control on mass production.
• Handle shipment booking approval with Import department, checking shipping document details.

• Follow up all required testing (ITS, BV) on fabric & garments
• Maintain PO delivery dates and shipping status thru SAP
• Work closely with Design, Sales, and factories to ensure timely delivery & quality control on mass production
• Handle shipment booking approval with Import department, checking shipping document details before handing over to Imports department

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years’ garment Production experience
