Job summary

Protouch Staffing in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Production Manager for end-to-end apparel production, from development through final delivery. You will build timelines, coordinate samples, bulk production, and handoffs while managing international vendors and cost controls.

The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with Activewear, and proven ability to lead cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in apparel production.
  • Activewear or athleisure experience preferred.
  • Experience managing international vendors and overseas production timelines.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Knowledge of apparel costing, delivered duty paid pricing, and invoice processing.
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs, vendors, and production timelines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, follow up, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day production from development through final delivery.
  • Build and maintain production timelines, calendars, and tracking files.
  • Monitor production milestones, X factory dates, launch schedules, and photoshoot deadlines.
  • Coordinate sampling, bulk production, product delivery, and production handoffs.
  • Manage relationships with international vendors and factory partners.
  • Follow up on vendor deliverables, raw material availability, production capacity, and order status.
  • Monitor vendor performance and escape quality, timing, and execution issues.
  • Support product costing, factory pricing, delivered duty paid costs, invoice approvals, and margin improvement.
  • Track and resolve product quality issues, incorrect shipments, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate packaging requirements including hang tags and polybags.
  • Provide timely production updates and communicate risks, delays, and recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Marketing, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
