Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Control Manager to oversee the production process at our manufacturing plant. You will develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands, manage inventory, and ensure production aligns with quality standards and deadlines.

You will lead and train Administrators, manage associate relations, balance department workloads, and coordinate supply chain forecasting and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Enforce company policies, business plan, and budget targets.
• Supervise and train Administrators as needed.
• Oversee Associate Relations functions and responsibilities.
• Balance department workloads effectively.
• Oversee overall supply chain and forecasting/releasing accuracy to suppliers.
• Monitor and improve supplier delivery performance.
• Maintain PPC data and databases.
• Support timely implementation of new model and build-out activity.
