TRAK Group is partnering with a growing automotive client in Fairfield, Ohio to add an Assistant Production Control Manager who will oversee production scheduling, customer order management, inventory coordination, and logistics activities. The role requires coordinating across Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and capacity alignment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive manufacturing or production control, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills,

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of automotive manufacturing or production control experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience coordinating employees across shifts.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Analyze forecasts, releases, inventory levels, and constraints.
• Coordinate recovery plans for shortages, conflicts, and disruptions.
• Ensure schedules meet delivery requirements and plant objectives.
• Lead Production Control personnel across multiple shifts.
