PACCAR is seeking an Emissions Compliance Engineer for North American vehicle programs to ensure market compliance within the PCP lifecycle. You will collaborate with global teams to integrate emissions requirements, manage risk, and drive timely regulatory adherence.

The role travels up to 5% and is 100% onsite, reporting to the Emissions Compliance Operations Manager, supporting Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF programs.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related engineering, certification, homologation, or compliance experience in automotive/heavy-duty vehicle industry.
• Experience working within a PMO or project management organization; PMP certification preferred.
• Kenworth or Peterbilt PMO experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
• Proven ability to develop structure and drive clarity in evolving regulatory environments.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly in business and engineering terms.
• Understanding EPA/CARB greenhouse gas regulations.
• Awareness of heavy-duty truck fuel-efficiency technologies (aerodynamics) is helpful.
• Content management and process development experience preferred.
