Job summary

PACCAR’s Emissions Compliance team seeks a seasoned program manager to lead production compliance activities across multiple departments at the Technical Center. You will manage budgets, drive schedules, and coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure emissions and regulatory requirements are met.

This onsite role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to engage at all levels of the organization. Travel up to 15% and a Bachelor’s in a relevant field are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of professional experience, including at least three years in a program or project management role.
• Proficiency with project and portfolio tracking tools and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of production compliance, regulatory processes, or product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel up to 15% is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Production Compliance program activities across multiple departments.
• Manage large program budgets and develop annual and long-term budgets.
• Set up, maintain, track, and close projects in the project tracking system.
• Facilitate monthly internal production compliance review meetings.
• Assist compliance teams with test article accounting and disposition after testing.
• Track and approve purchase orders.
• Support continuous improvement activities and training records maintenance.
• Lead agency discussion topics and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate Compliance and Product Development Engineering interface meetings.
• Position requires 100% onsite work.
