Job summary

Solstice Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Senior Production Chemical Engineer for our chemical manufacturing client. In-office position in the Port Arthur area with up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Base salary of $135k - $165k DOE plus bonus opportunity and excellent benefits. Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, and 5+ years of distillation and batch processing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years experience in distillation and batch processing required.
• Strong process and project design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead distillation projects and/or hydrogenation reactors operation.
• Coordinate with plant management to provide data and engineering support for campaigns.
• Collaborate with technical advising and plant personnel to optimize operations.
