Job summary

603 Manufacturing, located in Hudson, NH, is seeking a Production Assembler II to join our assembly line team. You will assemble product parts according to detailed guidelines, read drawings, and use crimping, soldering, and wiring equipment to produce high-quality assemblies.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and training in J-STD-001/IPC-620 standards, with a focus on safety and quality. We offer a 9/80 schedule and opportunities for on-the-job training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of previous assembly experience.
• Knowledge of cable and wire harness assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble assigned product parts on assembly line per guidelines.
• Read and understand drawings, travelers, bills of material.
• Use measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping equipment.
• Hand crimping, heat shrink sleeving, solder pins/contacts.
• Perform quality checks and notify management of discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new assemblers and attend trainings.
