Job summary

Lincoln Computer Services in New York Metro Area seeks an experienced Application / Production Support Manager to lead mission-critical applications and production systems in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.

As a strategic yet hands-on leader, you will partner with infrastructure, development, security, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure reliability, security, and performance while driving incident resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in Application/Production Support leadership.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in 24x7 production environments.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day application and production support operations.
• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical apps.
• Monitor production environments and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate support across internal teams and vendors.
• Lead Major Incident Management activities and RCA efforts.
• Drive service improvement for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Define and report SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the support team.
