CLS Technology in New York seeks a hands-on software application leader to own end-to-end delivery and support for critical financial systems. You will lead a cross-functional team across business analysis, architecture, development and QA to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires strong Java/JEE expertise, SQL skills, secure coding practices and experience with CI/CD toolchains, WebSphere/WebLogic, and cross-site collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of information technology experience.
• Expert knowledge of core Java and Java/JEE technologies.
• Experience with SQL and a DBMS (DB2 or Oracle) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and web app security.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains.

Responsabilidades

• Own designated application components from conception to delivery and support.
• Collaborate with BAs, architects, developers, QA, vendors for design and delivery.
• Lead onsite and offshore developers, ensuring SDLC governance.
• Plan delivery milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Improve processes by managing development and maintenance of business apps.
• Provide reusable design patterns and solutions for performance, security, resiliency.
• Provide Level-3 support and train Level-2 teams.
