Job summary

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL seeking a Mid-Senior Product/UX Designer to lead user research, design, and delivery of accessible interfaces for AI-enabled software. You will collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and data science teams to craft scalable designs and production-ready UI code.

The role requires strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, LLM prompting, and Scaled Agile practices. On-site work in Florida is expected with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design and user research experience with digital, software, or enterprise applications.
• Experience partnering with data science teams to design AI-centric products.
• Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, and LLM prompting.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to support UI design and code generation.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and end-user feedback sessions.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and design-system best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead design conversations and workshops across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, workflows, and pain points
• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces for digital and enterprise software products
• Create process maps, user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Partner with UX, product, engineering, and data science teams to design interfaces for AI-focused products and solutions
• Lead design discussions, workshops, and user feedback sessions
• Translate business and user requirements into practical, innovative design solutions
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
• Work within Scaled Agile methodologies and manage design activities through JIRA
• Use Figma for design and Claude Code/LLM prompting for prototyping and AI-assisted UI development
• Deliver production-intended UI code aligned with established design-system guidelines
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, including ADA Level AA requirements
• Document and clearly communicate research findings and design recommendations
